"Why?" I ask.
"I don't love you," He says like its the most natural thing in the world.
"But why? What did I do? I thought we had something," I felt tears welling up in my eyes.
"I decided that Lily's the better lover."
"You've been cheating on me?" I feel a tear rolling down my cheek. I run. My best friend is standing in the cold, obviously waiting for me. He holds me firmly in his arms when I jump into them.
"Willy was a jerk," Of course he knows what happened.
" I can be a better man," I laugh, but its not funny. "Anybody can,"
"I love you Mia. Always have, always will," Oh no. I can't do this. It's too hard. His heart doesn't deserve to be broken.
